John Galvin is a leadership coach, consultant, and advisor. He is passionate about using the skills he developed leading global teams to enable the next generation of leaders. His unique professional coaching approach utilizes design methodologies to improve leadership skills and team dynamics to achieve specific goals.
Prior to professional coaching, John was a GM and Vice President at a Fortune 50 company, where he managed their public sector business worldwide. John is certified by Hudson Institute, Designing Your Life, and the International Coaching Federation. John lives in the Bay Area with his wife and their two Australian Shepherds.
Felicia Guerchon is a certified leadership and transition coach. Her career of over 20 years has taken her from the East Coast to Silicon Valley to the Pacific Northwest. As a professional coach, she works with clients experiencing life and career transitions who are looking to make intentional changes to better their lives. She has coached leaders at all levels, including first-time managers, high potential leaders, Directors, and VPs. Clients describe her coaching as authentic, challenging, insightful, non-judgemental, and fun!
Her education includes a BA in French from Colby College in Maine and an MBA from the Standford Graduate School of Business. A lifelong learner, she holds certifications from Hudson Institute of Coaching, Personal Insight Inventory (PII), Interaction Styles, and Masterful Conversations.
Home is in Bend, Oregon with her husband, son, and two Corgi pups!
Elisabeth Hayes is a certified professional coach who works with mid-career professionals and senior executives to expand their leadership skills, transition into next-level roles and navigate career moves. She combines extensive management, leadership and communications experience with a professional coaching style that’s practical and designed to accelerate growth.
Before embarking on a coaching career, Elisabeth served multiple positions at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), most recently as chief of staff and deputy director for Corporate Communications. In addition to corporate experience, she brings an entrepreneurial spirit to her coaching. She was an independent marketing consultant for several years and co-founded Studio E Partners, a small business that brought together fine artists and collectors at open studio and pop-up events.
Elisabeth is a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) and holds an associate certified coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Foundation. She is certified to administer EQi 2.0, the Emotional Quotient Inventory. She earned her BA from the University of Virginia and MS in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University.
Dave Shaw is a certified, Los Angeles-based Executive and Leadership Coach whose perspective is informed by 20+ years of executive leadership experience running global marketing for a major entertainment studio. Dave is described by clients and coworkers being able to meaningfully connect and coach at all levels. Having come from managerial roles, he has a keen ability to quickly understand the environment and challenges of his clients and collaborates to coach them to higher levels of performance.
As Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at 20th Century Fox, he managed a team responsible for the marketing and distribution of over 2,000 theatrical films. His teams delivered numerous award-winning and innovative campaigns for the largest entertainment franchises in history including Star Wars, Alien, Avatar and The Sound of Music.
Dave also spearheaded the development and training plan for the division’s marketing department ensuring upskilling in areas of communication, creativity, change management and leadership. Dave received his coaching accreditation from the prestigious Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, earned an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation and is certified in Hogan and Workplace Big Five assessments. He graduated from San Diego State University where he competed in intercollegiate debate and earned a BA in Communication.
Sarah-Nell Walsh is a certified professional coach, former practicing attorney, and Founder of Wayfinders LLC. Equal parts big-hearted cheerleader and bold challenger, she works with ambitious professionals who want to perform at the top of their game. Coaching with Sarah-Nell is transformative in every way as she challenges you to G-R-O-W. When you hire Sarah-Nell, you can expect to work hard and laugh often! She believes that you are uniquely talented and will play to your strengths. She creates a space where you are seen and valued. In this space, there is no need for apologies or excuses because she is 100% on your side, even when she holds you accountable. She helps you to identify thought patterns that aren’t serving you and to confront whatever is keeping you stuck. Simultaneously, she works to instill deep self-confidence in her clients so they have the courage to take the next right step. You will leave every session with actionable insights. Using process-driven metrics, she creates accountability and ensures success.
Prior to coaching, Sarah-Nell was a litigation partner at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she was recognized as Mentor of the Year in 2016. In addition to numerous industry awards, she has been recognized as a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers and named among the Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine. Sarah-Nell graduated from the University of Virginia and received her Juris Doctorate from the College of William & Mary. A lifelong learner, Sarah-Nell is a certified coach through Hudson Institute and the International Coaching Federation as well as a certified iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Practitioner. She is a proud wife and mother to a thirteen-year-old boy, a ten-year-old girl, and a (hopefully growing) number of foster children.
